Convention Rules and Harassment Policy

Health & Mask Policy

Tabletop Central is committed to the health, safety, and comfort of all attendees.

Masks are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for all attendees while attending this convention, but will not be required in order to gain entry. If, however, someone at your game table requests that everyone playing wear a mask, you must respect that request and put on a mask while playing the game. Free masks will be available to at the registration desk for anyone who may need one at any time.

**These requirements are subject to change based on current health expert recommendations.

Harassment Policy and Other Rules

Tabletop Central Convention reserves the right to revoke the badge(s) of any guest(s) at any time for any reason.

The goal of Tabletop Central Staff is to help everyone have a good convention experience. You will be able to identify staff by the "Staff" labeled badges, and they will also be wearing convention shirts. They can be located at Convention Registration table by the entrance, or any Volunteers can easily help locate staff.

Tabletop Central will not tolerate harassment or bullying of any kind. If you feel uncomfortable in any situation, please do not hesitate to notify a staff member. We will protect your right to feel safe at our event and will investigate any situation appropriately. We welcome guests of all genders, sexualities, ethnicities, religions, abilities, ages, and experiences.

Event Staff will cooperate with local law enforcement and guests are expected to follow all local laws and policies.

Actual weapons are not allowed in the convention space at any time. All prop or replica weapons must be cleared by Event Staff. If you purchase a weapon from one of our exhibitors, the item must remain in your hotel room for the remainder of the convention.

Smoking is permitted outside in designated areas only, and includes both traditional cigarettes as well as vaping items. Please keep public areas clean by using appropriate receptacles to dispose of your cigarettes.

As a guest of Tabletop Central, you allow photography to be taken of you by the event staff for future use in publication or advertising. If you DO NOT wish to have your photo taken, please speak to a member of the Tabletop Central Staff.

Accessibility

The Savoy Recreation Center has Accessible parking directly outside. The building is fully accessible and ADA compliant.

Ample seating will be available at open gaming tables inside the convention room if you need a place to sit.

Food is allowed to be brought in to the convention space. Food trucks will also be parked directly outside for set times during the convention, subject to availability.

Pets are not allowed in the Savoy Recreation Center. Only service animals will be allowed at the convention.
